SOLANO COUNTY, CA (MPG) - The Solano County Genealogical Society will host a virtual Speaker Series presentation on Saturday, May 4.

Our speaker, KB Barcomb, will present “WWI Records, Resources, and Research Methods” at 11 a.m.

Discover the wartime and post-war experiences of your WWI ancestors. This program provides a comprehensive overview of the WWI records and resources currently available, especially those found online. Learn what they are and where they are. More importantly, learn strategies and methods that can help you effectively manage and analyze the wide variety of service-related information you are likely to find. This presentation includes case study examples and is designed to benefit all levels of research experience.

Guests are welcome to attend this free event. If interested, send an email to the society at [email protected] no later than 4 p.m., May 3, to request an invitation. More information on our events can be found on the society’s website at www.scgsca.org and the Facebook page.
