Elderly Dixon Woman Pedestrian Severely Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver Sunday Night

Thumb_police-logo-and-car An 85 year old Dixon woman was severely injured by a Hit-and-Run driver around 8:00 pm Sunday night, March 9, 2014, on the east shoulder of Porter Rd, north of S. Almond St. She was taken to the Vacaville Kaiser Trauma Center. Her injuries were severe, requiring a paramedic-firefighter to ride to the hospital with the ambulance crew for assistance. Read More

Dixon PD Seeks Leads in Hit & Run Collision - Two Pedestrians Injured

Upon their arrival they found a 39 year old male and a 24 year old female lying in the street. The suspect vehicle is described as possibly a late 1990’s, Honda or Acura, Silver or Grey, with a primer colored passenger side door, possibly 2-Door. Read More

Hensley Sentenced for Sexual Assault Charges

The Yolo County Superior Court sentenced Hensley to 365 days in the Yolo County jail and given 4 years of formal probation. He was not, however, required to register as a sex offender. Read More
