FAIRFIELD, CA (MPG) – Air Force Sergeant and candidate for Congress Tamika Hamilton again challenged incumbent John Garamendi to a series of debates concerning issues impacting California’s third congressional district.

“I’m hoping Mr. Garamendi isn’t planning to use these extraordinary times as a backdrop to escape having meaningful debate,” said Hamilton.

“More than a week has gone by and no one has heard from him. I can make things easier for him by showing up to his Walnut Grove home to get things moving. The residents and families of the third district deserve to hear the positions and issues of both candidates and time is of the essence.”

Hamilton’s recent statement is the second debate challenge issued to John Garamendi in the month of September. As of press time, Hamilton’s campaign team has not received notification that Congressman Garamendi has accepted the challenge.
