DIXON, CA (MPG) – On Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 2:00 pm Northern California veterans’ organizations and the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (SVNC) will gather to give proper military honors to unaccompanied veterans that have been interred at SVNC. This monthly event will occur on every Thursday until all have been honored.

SVNC and Missing in America Project (MIAP) works jointly with the efforts of private, state and federal organizations to give these veterans and their dependents a final resting place. Many of the veterans come to us via the Public Administrator or the Coroner’s office (various counties in the region). It is our honor to provide this service to our veterans, so they are properly honored. Please join us in this special event.
