Congratulations to Abby Kosiewicz, a senior swimmer in the 100-meter freestyle/breaststroke. She was chosen as Student Athlete of the Week at Dixon High School.
“Abby has had an amazing senior season thus far and a great week in the pool. Last week Abby snagged to personal bests in her main events and qualified for sections with her time in the breaststroke. She has also placed first in numerous GEL contests and has helped the girls swim team compete down the stretch for a GEL title. Abby has played water polo and swam for all 4 years of high school. She was a key part of the section championship team last year. Abby is a 4.5 GPA student and plans on attending SB city college to swim,” posted by DHS Athletic Director Brett Peterson.
