DIXON, CA (MPG) - Jessica Galles of Dixon earned a Master of Science in Cloud Computing Systems in the summer 2024 term and was named to the President's List at University of Maryland Global Campus.

Biola University is excited to welcome Jacob Russell of Dixon to the Biola community as they start their journey as an Eagle this fall. Biola is proud of Russell and their commitment to reach their goal of obtaining an undergraduate degree in Cinema and Media Arts.

The Oregon Tech Honors Program proudly welcomed Sam Lopez of Dixon during its Induction Ceremony Oct. 12.

Lopez is in software engineering tech classes.

Sarah Cummings was named to Biola University's Dean's List for academic excellence. Cummings, a history major from Dixon, was one of approximately 1,500 students who were named to the dean's list in spring 2024.

Kia Carvalheira of Dixon was named to the Dean's List for the summer 2024 term at University of Maryland Global Campus. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the university.
