DIXON, CA (MPG) - The Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, at 5810 Midway Road, hosted its Memorial Day Ceremony at 9 a.m. May 24.

The three-hour event was coordinated by the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee, a nonprofit organization that assists the cemetery with beautification and event planning.

The Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee also raised funds for miniature American flags to ensure complete coverage of the 39,000 grave sites.
