Join the Dixon Historical Society for its third historical presentation of 2025.  The Dixon Women's Improvement Club, the oldest women's club of Dixon since 1889, will present its history trivia presentation.  This will be a fun and engaging way to learn about this part of Dixon's history. Join the society from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, at the Dixon United Methodist Church Social Hall, 209 N. Jefferson St.  Refreshments will follow the presentation.  Visit the museum Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 125 W. A St.

Saturday, Aug. 23:

The Dixon History Museum will be a stop on the Dixon Downtown Business Association’s Wine Stroll again this year, from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23.  Join us for Sally's Paddock local wine, light refreshments and view our new exhibits.
