DIXON, CA (MPG) – Dixon Women’s Improvement Club is pleased to announce that Courtney Kett will be the guest speaker for its upcoming meeting. The presentation, themed “Spring Has Sprung!”, will begin April 15 at 1 p.m. in the social hall of the Dixon United Methodist Church, 209 N. Jefferson St.

Kett will share her expertise on the beauty and impact of floral arrangements for homes and businesses, as well as the rich history of Dixon Florist, a beloved local institution founded in 1962. Kett has been an essential part of the shop’s daily operations since 1989, bringing decades of hands‑on experience and creative mastery to the community.

As a special highlight, floral creations made during the meeting will be donated to a lucky attendee.

Members of the public are warmly invited to attend and learn from one of Dixon’s most accomplished and respected florists.
