DIXON, CA (MPG) – With gate admission of $15 for adults, the Dixon May Fair, May 7 to 10, is hands-down the best value in entertainment in the area. However, there are also a number of discounted days and tickets available. For the price of admission, fair visitors are treated to live concerts, strolling entertainers, an art and photography show, a garden show, livestock shows, train rides and free entertainment and activities for children. On May 9, Saturday, a Classic Car Show is included.

Special days and discounts are available in advance.  Save $4 on your adult Fair admission tickets and $5 on Butler Carnival Pay One Price wristbands by going to DixonMayFair.com or stopping by the Fair office through May 6. There is a $1 processing fee per ticket when purchasing online. 

On KUIC Thrifty Thursday, May 7, everyone is admitted for just $5. Friday is Kids Day and all kids 12 and under are admitted for free all day. Children 4 and under are admitted free every day. Seniors and active military are offered a $10 admission Friday to Sunday, which is $5 off the regular adult admission.

When you purchase Broncs & Bulls, Truck & Tractor Pulls and Demolition Derby tickets in advance, you will receive free fair admission for the day of the event. Note, all ages are required to have a ticket for grandstand events.
