Fall Water Aerobics

The city of Dixon is hosting a low-impact water aerobics class from Aug. 9 to Oct. 4. Held at Pat Granucci Aquatic Center, 450 E. Mayes St., the class is catered for attendees 14 years and older and daily admission costs $6 for the general public and $4.50 for seniors 55 and older. The class is available from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Sundays and from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Fridays.

Senior Resource Fair

The Advocates for Dixon Seniors present the 24th annual Senior Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 at Dixon Senior/Multi-Use Center 201 S. Fifth St., Dixon. Information and resources will be provided from a variety of participants in the areas of safety, health care, transportation, utilities, elder law, fitness, nutrition, benefits and recreation.
