VACAVILLE, CA (MPG) - Don’t let your organization miss the chance to participate in this year’s Merriment on Main Tree Lighting held in Downtown Vacaville on Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m.

Ways to Participate

This is the second year of the Merry Market at Creekwalk Plaza, which welcomes food and merchandise sales. Businesses interested in selling at the event must submit a vendor and booth application and pay an applicable fee.

The city continues the tradition of welcoming vendors who wish to provide free food and giveaways in the downtown corridor. Interested vendors should complete the same vendor and booth application.

Performers and crowd entertainers wow event attendees by showcasing engaging, unique and remarkable talents. From holiday carolers and dance troupes to interactive entertainers, these participants bring the energy and spirit that make Merriment on Main one of Vacaville’s most beloved community celebrations.

All applications must be completed in full, online and include required documentation.

Vendors and booths distributing or selling any food or drink items must obtain a Solano County Environmental Health permit.

After submitting, participants will receive an email confirmation with next steps.

Downtown businesses that plan to be open during the event are encouraged to complete the same vendor and booth application. This will help event organizers keep business entrances accessible and include participating businesses on the event vendor map.
