Council Hears Opposition to Proposed Development

At the Aug. 5 Dixon City Council meeting, Keep Dixon Green President Caitlin O’Halloran Hellar presented a petition with more than 700 signatures, asking the council to pause any consideration of new developments until after a “community listening session.”
