Solano County Superintendent of Schools, Lisette Estrella-Henderson, has announced her retirement, effective Sept. 1, after a distinguished 40-years of service as an educator, nearly 21 of which were spent at the Solano County Office of Education (SCOE). Estrella-Henderson began her tenure in January 2017.
