The Community Action Partnership of Solano Joint Powers Authority (CAP Solano JPA) has appointed Stephanie Weaver as executive director of CAP Solano JPA, selecting an accomplished public-sector executive with extensive experience leading complex government organizations, administering large-scale public programs, and advancing collaborative solutions to improve the lives of vulnerable populations.
